Get a starting estimate for your bookkeeping

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $150 plus applicable taxes, whether you are in Port Alberni or elsewhere in Canada. Answer a few questions about your business and you will see the likely package, the assumptions behind it, and what it excludes — before booking time with either of us. Catch-up work and added complexity are scoped separately.

What happens next

If your answers point to a standard package, we will reply within two business days to arrange a call. If your file needs a closer look — catch-up work, multiple entities, CRA notices, or anything unusual — we review it by hand and reply within two business days with next steps.

Either way, once you send the form, your answers and the estimate you saw are recorded together with the assumptions behind it, so nothing gets lost between this form and the conversation. Nothing is saved or sent until you press Send My Estimate.
